Indulgent mac and cheese with a spicy twist, made in a flash.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add cooked pasta without stirring. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Gently pour eggs over pasta and let them cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes until they start to set. Stir eggs and pasta continuously until eggs are almost fully cooked, around 5 minutes. Cover the skillet, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes until the eggs are completely set.
