Satisfying chili made with McCormick® Seasoning, lentils, and tomatoes. Top with goat cheese or feta and serve with chips or veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped onion
  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans lentils, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until shimmering. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Combine lentils, tomatoes, and Seasoning Mix into the pot and stir gently. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the mixture into a beautiful serving bowl and generously sprinkle it with your favorite cheese.
