Nutella® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Irresistible Nutella® chocolate chip cookies packed with dual chocolate chips and rich hazelnut essence.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup rainbow chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare 2 cookie sheets by greasing them or lining them with parchment paper.
  • Combine both flours and baking soda by whisking them together in a medium bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the brown sugar, chocolate-hazelnut spread, butter, and white sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, then continue beating until well incorporated.
  • Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and rainbow chocolate chips.
  • Shape the dough into 2-inch balls and arrange them evenly spaced on the lined baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies have risen. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes; cookies will firm up as they cool. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
