Irresistible Italian chocolate salami: a no-bake delight with Nutella®, butter, and tea biscuits for all ages to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 7 ounces tea biscuits, broken into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
Instructions:
  • Combine tea biscuits, butter, egg, cocoa powder, and white sugar in a bowl until a moist but stiff dough forms. Gently fold in the chocolate-hazelnut spread.
  • Place the dough onto a generous piece of parchment paper. Form it into a log shape using your hands, then securely wrap the parchment paper around the log by twisting the ends closed.
  • Let it firm up for 2 hours in the freezer or 5 hours in the refrigerator. Slice using a sharp knife.
