Indulgent Oreo® cheesecake with luscious Nutella® filling. Delightful and decadent layers. Cut thin slices for the perfect bite!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsalted butter, melted, or more as needed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
  • 0.75 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or more to taste
Instructions:
  • For the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then mix in melted butter until well combined. If needed, add up to 1/4 cup more melted butter for desired consistency. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
  • In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Slowly pour in whipping cream and beat until thickened. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Divide mixture evenly between two bowls.
  • Crush 18 sandwich cookies and gently mix them into the filling. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust and freeze for 30 minutes. Save remaining cookies for later.
  • Combine chocolate-hazelnut spread in the second bowl of filling, spread evenly over chilled cookie layer, then cover and freeze for 3 to 8 hours.
  • Thinly slice and chill before serving.
