Indulgent Oreo, Nutella, and marshmallow stuffed cake with strawberry mix - pure decadence!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 133g pkts strawberry crème Oreos
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g Nutella
  • 20-25 pink marshmallows
  • 540g pkt strawberry cake mix
  • 150g unsalted butter, chilled, thinly sliced into 30 pieces
  • 125ml (½ cup) milk
  • Double cream, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease a 5cm-deep, 20 x 26cm rectangle cake pan and line it with baking paper, making sure to leave some paper hanging over the sides.
  • Place the biscuits in a single layer at the base of the cake pan. Drizzle condensed milk on top. Spoon Nutella over the mixture, slightly spreading it. Scatter marshmallows, then sprinkle cake mix over them, spreading with a fork. Arrange butter in rows and pour milk on top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan. Gently transfer the cake to a serving board using the baking paper. Enjoy with a dollop of double cream, if desired.
