"Foolproof crust recipe that can be rolled out multiple times without losing its tenderness."
Ingredients:
  • 2.75 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. In a measuring cup, pour in the milk and oil without stirring, then add all at once to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined, shape the dough into 2 flat balls, and wrap them in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a gently dusted floured surface.
