Classic rhubarb pie: Roll out dough, fill, bake, enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Almondmilk
  • ¼ cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour
  • 1 (9”) refrigerated pie crust, at room temperature
  • 5½ cups fresh or frozen rhubarb, cut into ¼” pieces, thawed if frozen
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) while you expertly press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, creating beautifully crimped edges.
  • Combine the rhubarb and sugar in a large bowl, then transfer the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Combine eggs, Almond Breeze Vanilla Almondmilk, Blue Diamond Almond Flour, and salt in a bowl, then pour the mixture over the rhubarb.
  • Bake in the oven until the filling is fully set, about 50-55 minutes.
  • Let it cool entirely before slicing and serving.
