Ingredients:
  • 500g beef mince regular
  • 1 large brown onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 125.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • Steamed peas, to serve
  • Steamed carrots, to serve
  • Chat potatoes, boiled, to serve
  • Gravy, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together mince, onion, garlic, mixed herbs, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Use your hands to shape the mixture into eight 2cm-thick rissoles and place them on a large plate.
  • Warm oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add rissoles and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Plate the rissoles alongside a medley of peas, carrots, and potatoes, then generously ladle gravy over the top.
