Olive and Rosemary Focaccia

Try these quick and flavorful Italian herb and olive focaccias made with Bisquick® mix - perfect appetizer in just 40 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and water in a medium bowl, stirring until a stiff dough forms. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place your dough on a Bisquick mix-dusted surface and roll it gently to coat. Shape it into a ball and knead it 50 times.
  • Place the dough on a cookie sheet without greasing it. Shape the dough into an 8-inch round by pressing or rolling. Spread the olives over the dough and gently press them in. Finally, sprinkle with rosemary.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until light golden brown. Brush the top with oil, then cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 16 wedges using a serrated knife.
