Create flavorful and tender air fryer turkey breast with olive brine.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup brine from a can of olives
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
  • 3.5 pounds boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions:
  • Combine the tangy olive brine and creamy buttermilk in a bowl. Place the turkey breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the brine-buttermilk mixture. Add fragrant rosemary and thyme sprigs. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  • Remove the bag from the fridge and let it sit out until the breast is at room temperature.
  • Preheat your air fryer to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Air fry the turkey breast for 15 minutes until no longer pink and the juices run clear. Flip the breast and continue cooking for additional 5-minute intervals, if needed, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use an instant-read thermometer to check doneness.
