Try this irresistible German cookie recipe using Betty Crocker® oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix for a delectable dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 tub (15.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Coconut Pecan Frosting
  • 1 oz sweet baking chocolate, grated
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine the cookie mix, egg, cocoa, and 3/4 cup frosting in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 24 (1 1/4-inch) balls and place them 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until set. Let them cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let them cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Evenly coat cookies with remaining frosting and sprinkle with chocolate for a delightful finish.
