Quick and easy microwave Hollandaise sauce: Butter, egg yolks, lemon juice, milk, salt, and pepper cook in 1 minute.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine egg yolks, lemon juice, milk, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in melted butter until mixture is smooth.
  • Microwave the mixture on medium power, whisking every 15 seconds until the sauce thickens and becomes hot, for about 1 minute.
