One-pan chicken with green beans and potatoes: a perfect quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, halved
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 6 red potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 (.6 ounce) packet zesty Italian salad dressing mix
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the center of a 9x13-inch baking dish, with green beans on one side and potatoes on the other side.
  • Sprinkle the dressing mix over the chicken, beans, and potatoes, then drizzle with butter. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Roast the chicken breasts in the preheated oven until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 1 hour.
