One-pan creamy salmon with zoodles recipe

15-minute creamy salmon with zoodles, a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 2 lemons, zested, juiced
  • 2 x 250g pkts Zucchini Noodles
  • 150g Tasmanian Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets With Pepper, coarsely flaked
  • 82.50 ml coarsely chopped dill
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a large frying pan over high heat. Pour in cream and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 mins until slightly thickened.
  • Combine zucchini, salmon, half of the lemon zest, and half of the dill in the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  • Finish by generously topping the salmon mixture with the rest of the lemon zest and dill.
