Orange, cinnamon, raspberry & peach tea

Ingredients:
  • orange
  • 8cm-long cinnamon stick
  • 2 raspberry & peach tea bags (Twinings brand)
  • 625ml (2 1/2 cups) boiling water
  • ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Peel the orange rind in long strips using a vegetable peeler.
  • Use a sharp knife to carefully remove the pith.
  • Place the citrus rind in a heatproof pitcher.
  • Break the 8cm cinnamon stick into small pieces and add them along with 2 Twinings raspberry & peach tea bags.
  • 1. Add 625ml (2 1/2 cups) boiling water, cover, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot, or chill in the fridge and serve over ice cubes.
