Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix Bisquick and sugar in a bowl. Add milk and egg, stirring until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
  • Combine cream cheese and orange marmalade in a bowl. Spoon evenly over batter; sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 32-37 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving in wedges.
