Prepare a vibrant orange and banana muesli bowl ahead for a flavorful and satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 210g apple
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 420g yoghurt
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled, segmented
  • 20.00 ml dried goji berries
  • 20.00 ml pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 30g pecan
  • Maple syrup, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the muesli with apple juice and yogurt. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight to soak.
  • Serve the muesli mixture in individual bowls. Garnish with the rest of the yogurt, banana, orange slices, goji berries, pepitas, and pecans or almonds. Finish off with a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
