Elevate your morning oats with vibrant orange zest and crispy poppy seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm traditional rolled oats
  • 1030.00 gm milk
  • 86.63 gm orange juice
  • 1.25 gm mixed spice
  • 20.00 ml poppy seeds
  • 117.98 gm honey
  • 20.00 ml orange zest
  • 1 orange, peeled, diced, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix oats, milk, orange juice, mixed spice, poppy seeds, and half of the honey. Stir and cook for 10 minutes until the porridge is thick and creamy. Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Ladle the warm porridge into individual bowls. Drizzle each serving with the remaining honey, then garnish with fresh orange zest and diced orange. Serve and enjoy!
