Ingredients:
  • 450.00 gm white sugar
  • 1750.00 gm water
  • 300g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries, pureed
  • 8 large oranges, juiced
  • chilled mineral water
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir together sugar and water until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Combine fresh raspberries with fragrant sugar syrup while it's warm. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then delicately sieve it to filter out any solids. Gently mix in 2 cups of fresh juice to enhance the flavor profile.
  • Transfer the mixture into a sealed container and freeze it overnight. Afterward, loosen the frozen mixture with a fork, and return it to the freezer for another hour.
  • Transfer the mixture into chilled glasses and top with a splash of mineral water before serving.
