Orange Cappuccino Brownies

Indulgent cappuccino brownies with zesty orange cream cheese glaze - perfect for your next party.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee (dry)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate or orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 ounce fat-free cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9x2-inch square pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, espresso, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add egg product, margarine, and water, then mix well. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the center is set and the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Combine all glaze ingredients until velvety. Pour glaze over brownies. Optionally, top with more grated orange peel. Cut brownies into 16 squares.
