Creamy white bean pudding infused with aromatic ginger and a hint of orange.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked white beans, drained
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1.5 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1.5 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1.5 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Blend beans and milk until velvety; transfer to a saucepan.
  • Combine sugar, egg, orange zest, ginger, and cornstarch with the bean mixture until it forms a smooth consistency. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Incorporate the butter and vanilla extract into the thickened mixture until the butter melts; divide into 4 dessert cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
