Quick and easy frozen citrus pie with orange gelatin, pineapple juice, eggs, sugar, and whipped evaporated milk in a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Refrigerate evaporated milk until cold.
  • In a saucepan, mix together sugar, pineapple juice, and eggs. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Add orange gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Let it cool.
  • Whisk evaporated milk into the cooled orange mixture until combined. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Freeze until serving time.
