Ingredients:
  • 3 oranges, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 3cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
  • 21.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 7.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • In a screw-top jar, mix together 2 teaspoons of orange rind, 1/2 cup of orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until fully combined.
  • Drizzle this dressing over your favorite Asian-inspired salads like noodle salad, rice salad, or coleslaw.
