Quick and easy beef stir-fry with veggies and noodles ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-ounce carton)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • Dash of ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 1/2 cups snap pea pods
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked fine egg noodles (3 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a generously sized skillet with a light coating of cooking spray and allow it to heat up over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in the skillet for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns brown. Transfer the cooked beef from the skillet and keep it warm.
  • In a skillet, combine broth, stir-fry sauce, marmalade, and red pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pea pods and noodles. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until noodles are tender.
  • Add the beef in and cook without covering for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
