Spicy citrus roasted pork sirloin with orange zest and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (2 1/2 pound) boneless pork sirloin roast
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect temperature to bake your dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, orange zest, paprika, cinnamon, cumin, and pepper until a fragrant paste forms.
  • Coat the top and sides of the roast with the paste, ensuring to cover the entire surface. Transfer the pork to a roasting pan.
  • Cook the roast in the preheated oven until a thermometer reads 145°F (63°C), about 40-50 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and cover loosely with foil. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
