Easy and elegant mini glazed carrots with tangy orange flavor - ideal for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • In a shallow saucepan, add carrots and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 4 to 8 minutes. Drain and return to the pan.
  • Drizzle the orange juice over the carrots and blend thoroughly. Let it simmer over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, butter, and salt. Continue cooking until the sugar and butter have melted completely.
