Tangy, zesty dressing elevates simple salad to new heights.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut in half
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Instructions:
  • Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until fully mixed. Drizzle over salad, toss well to ensure it's evenly coated, and serve promptly.
