Delight your family with decadent orange-toffee pancakes topped with tangy orange marmalade syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate-covered toffee chips
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat griddle over medium-high heat to 375°F and lightly grease with vegetable oil if needed.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together Bisquick mix, milk, oil, and eggs until well combined. Gently fold in toffee chips and orange peel. Pour less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle. Cook until edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, warm the syrup ingredients over medium heat for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally, until the marmalade is melted and the mixture is warm. Serve the syrup with pancakes.
