Ingredients:
  • 100g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 100g ricotta or quarg cheese (Bouton d'or brand)
  • 42.00 gm fresh orange juice
  • 100ml thickened cream
  • 4 oranges
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, making sure it doesn't touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes before using.
  • Combine the ricotta or quarg cheese, sugar, and orange juice with the cooled chocolate, then use an electric beater to blend until smooth.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the cream with a balloon whisk until soft peaks form. Then gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture using a large metal spoon.
  • Peel the oranges with a small sharp knife, removing the white pith. Slice the oranges crossways into 1cm-thick slices. Arrange the orange slices on serving plates and top with a dollop of white chocolate cream before serving.
