Elevate chicken breasts with zesty lemon-honey-oregano glaze. Bake 45 minutes for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange chicken breast halves in a baking dish. Combine lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, and oregano in a bowl, then drizzle the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Roast chicken in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until fully cooked, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside, juices run clear, and a meat thermometer reads 180°F (80°C) when inserted into the thickest part of a breast.
