Delicious Oreo truffles covered in smooth almond bark, a festive treat for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla-flavored almond bark, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine cookie crumbs and cream cheese in a bowl, then shape into balls and place on a baking sheet. Freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  • Gently melt almond bark in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often and using a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides and prevent burning.
  • Dip cookie balls in melted almond bark using two forks to let excess drip off. Place coated cookie balls on a baking sheet; chill until firm, around 10 minutes.
