Transform our fudgy brownie mix into decadent bite-sized Oreo truffles with a simple twist: blend with milk, chocolate, and roll into indulgent balls. Ideal for high tea or Christmas festivities.
Ingredients:
  • 570g packet Taste Baking Mix Fudgy Cookies & Cream Choc Brownie
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 125g unsalted butter, melted
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 2 x 290g dark chocolate melts
  • 15 Mini Oreo Original biscuits, halved
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170C/150C fan forced. Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan. Combine Taste brownie mix (setting aside icing mix), eggs, and melted butter in a bowl using a wooden spoon until just mixed. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the brownie sets around the edges but stays soft and fudgy in the center. Allow to cool completely in the pan before serving.
  • Pulse brownie into chunks in a food processor then mix in reserved icing. Blend until fully combined. Incorporate chocolate and milk until mixture forms clumps.
  • Prepare two baking trays by lining them with baking paper. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the trays. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl on Medium power, stirring every minute until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, then place back on the tray. Top with half an Oreo and let them set for 5 minutes.
