Indulgent Cookies and Cream Fudge Brownies: A box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix transformed with Oreo cookies, crumbled and drizzled with creamy icing. A guaranteed hit!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies (about 7 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until well combined. Spread the batter in the pan and sprinkle the cookies evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 24 to 26 minutes until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until silky and pourable. Drizzle the glaze over the brownies cut into 5x4 squares. Keep covered at room temperature for storage.
