Scrumptious cookies-and-cream pancake cake with creamy filling, ready in just 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup roughly chopped Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies
Instructions:
  • Combine Bisquick mix, 1 cup milk, and egg in a medium bowl, whisk until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup chopped sandwich cookies.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet to 375°F and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook for around 3 minutes until edges are dry and bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until golden brown. Recipe yields approximately 5 medium pancakes.
  • Combine powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Begin by placing a pancake on a cake stand or plate, then generously drizzle about 2 tablespoons of the powdered sugar mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped sandwich cookies on top. Continue layering with the remaining pancakes and filling ingredients.
