Enhance Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ triple chocolate fudge cake with cookies and cream drop pieces for an indulgent, candy-like brownie twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pouch (8 oz) cookies and cream drop candy pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark/nonstick pan) and lightly grease only the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a small bowl. Use an electric mixer on low speed to blend until smooth.
  • Spread half of the batter evenly on the bottom of the pan. Place the candies on top. Spread the remaining batter over the candies.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on a rack for about 30 minutes. Then, cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.
