Oreo Lasagna

Indulgent layers of cookies, chocolate pudding, and fluffy Cool Whip, frozen to perfection in just 4 hours for a delicious no-bake treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed, divided
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3.25 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Crush chocolate sandwich cookies until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter. Firmly press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan to create the crust. Chill crust in the refrigerator.
  • Whip cream cheese until light and airy. Blend in sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Gently fold in 1 1/4 cup of whipped topping. Spread the luscious mixture over the crust and chill in the fridge.
  • Blend the pudding with 3 1/4 cups of milk until it thickens, approximately for 5 minutes. Smooth it over the cream cheese layer and chill the lasagna for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Cover the lasagna with a generous layer of whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
