Simple cheesecake with creamy filling, graham cracker crust, and cherry topping for a stunning dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 1.25 cups sugar, divided
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Combine graham crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a large bowl until well mixed.
  • Press the crumbs firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and the rest of the sugar with a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  • Incorporate eggs one by one, mixing on low speed until just blended.
  • Pour the delectable mixture evenly onto the buttery crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 to 1 hour 10 minutes until the center is almost set. Gently run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake; let it cool before removing the rim. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Garnish with pie filling just before serving.
