Drizzle warm slices of our easy banana bread with creamy butter for a comforting breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 75g self-raising flour
  • 180.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 125g butter, melted, cooled
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line an 11 x 21cm loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring the base and sides are covered.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flours, sugar, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter and eggs. Add the bananas and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy warm with a spread of butter.
