Indulge in our light and flavorful waffles, topped with creamy yogurt and fresh berries for a guilt-free breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 150g rolled oats
  • 1 large banana
  • 8.00 gm baking powder
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 130g (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
  • 130g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries, thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine oats in a food processor, blending until finely ground like flour. Add banana, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  • Preheat your waffle iron and give it a light spray of oil. Pour in a quarter of the batter, filling it halfway. Close the lid and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter to make a total of 4 delicious waffles.
  • Top warm, crispy waffles with creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and a generous drizzle of honey.
