Ingredients:
  • 24 slices bacon (from two 16-oz pkgs)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon slices on a wire rack in a broiler pan or a 15x10x1-inch rectangular pan, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes without turning, until lightly browned.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F to make the bacon extra crispy. Once done, carefully transfer the bacon from the hot pans to a serving platter using tongs. Keep it warm by covering it with foil. Serve immediately for the best taste. Let the bacon grease cool and solidify in an empty can or disposable cup before discarding.
