Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds raclette cheese, rinds removed
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Start by assembling all the ingredients needed for the recipe and then preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place the raclette cheese in the cast iron skillet(s), adjusting the wedges to fit if needed.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is soft but slightly firm in the center, for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn on a ventilation fan to manage the pungent cheese aroma.
  • Garnish the cheese with a sprinkle of fresh thyme and black pepper before serving.
