Spicy Buffalo wings baked to perfection, perfect for entertaining a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced, or to taste
  • 2 carrots, sliced, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and give it a quick spray of cooking oil.
  • Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels. Season them with salt. Next, place flour in a shallow dish and gently coat the wings with it before placing them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until the centers are golden and no longer pink, for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • As the wings bake, gently melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in hot sauce, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne. Allow the sauce to gently simmer on low heat until the wings finish baking, for about 40 minutes.
  • Simply coat the wings in sauce in a big serving bowl. Serve with celery and carrots for a perfect appetizer.
