Tender pork ribs baked to perfection with tangy homemade BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds pork spareribs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.25 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place the spareribs in a spacious roasting pan with a lid.
  • Combine onion, ketchup, water, celery, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, Dijon mustard, and salt in a bowl, then generously pour over the spareribs and cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until pork is tender and sauce is thickened.
