Tender ribs: oven cooked then grilled for smoky perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 15.00 gm Cajun seasoning
  • 10.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 1.5kg pork ribs
  • 211.88 gm barbecue sauce
  • 130.00 gm tomato sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Mix Cajun seasoning and paprika in a bowl, then sprinkle the mixture over the pork ribs. Place the seasoned ribs on the trays, cover with foil, and bake for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Let the ribs cool slightly. In a separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, and smoked paprika. Brush half of this sauce mixture over the ribs. Preheat a chargrill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for 3 minutes on each side until lightly charred. Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce on the side.
