Slow-roast country-style ribs with sweet and tangy barbecue sauce at 350°F until tender.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 0.75 cup chili sauce
  • 0.5 cup beer
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3.5 pounds country style pork ribs
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and softened, about 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Combine chili sauce, beer, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld beautifully.
  • Spread the ribs evenly in a spacious baking dish then bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  • Coat the ribs generously with the sauce and bake until the sauce bubbles and the ribs are tender, approximately 1 hour longer.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and savor while the flavors are at their peak!
