Effortless entertaining with minimal cleanup - all in one pan!
Ingredients:
  • 2kg large green king prawns
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 125.00 ml roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 75.08 gm Classic Flavour Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 62.50 ml roughly chopped fresh dill
  • 123.75 gm aioli
  • Crusty bread, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan-forced and line a large metal roasting pan with baking paper.
  • Begin by gently rinsing the prawns under cold running water, then allow them to drain thoroughly. Next, transfer the prawns to a spacious bowl and mix in the garlic, lime slices, 1/3 cup of parsley, and oil until all the prawns are evenly coated. Place the prawns in the designated pan and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast prawns for 15 to 20 minutes, gently tossing halfway through, until they turn pink and are just cooked. Sprinkle with dill and the rest of the parsley. Serve with pan juices, aioli, crusty bread, and lime wedges.
