Try these quick and tasty seasoned oven-fried potato wedges - done in 40 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 medium baking potatoes (8 to 10 ounces each)
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine salt, sugar, paprika, mustard, and garlic powder.
  • 1. Scrub the potatoes gently without peeling them. Cut each potato lengthwise in half, then each half lengthwise into 4 wedges. Arrange the potato wedges in a 13x9x2 inch ungreased rectangular pan with the skin sides facing down.
  • Coat potatoes lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt mixture. Bake without cover for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender. (Baking time may vary based on the potato's size and type.)
