Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Garlic Parmesan asparagus, perfectly roasted with a squeeze of lemon. Ideal side for lamb or fish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C).
  • Coat asparagus with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Transfer seasoned asparagus to a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven until tender, for about 12 to 15 minutes based on thickness. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
