Oven-steamed salmon in a savory wine and soy sauce blend for a delicious and effortless meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) salmon fillet
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a large baking dish, lay the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Spread garlic and ginger over the top, then drizzle wine and soy sauce gently over the fish. Cover with aluminum foil before baking.
  • Cook in the oven preheated until easily flaked with a fork, approximately 25 minutes.
